This Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits dark garnet color and a complex structure. On the nose, leather aromas are accompanied by hints of subtle baking spice and clove. You are greeted with notes of plum and cherry on the palate. Fully integrated and well balanced, this wine has great tannin with a long, lingering finish.
Pair this Cabernet Sauvignon with a hearty beef stew or leg of lamb.
TASTING NOTES:
This wine is robust, with aromas of blackberry, blueberry, coffee bean, bittersweet chocolate, toasty oak and violets on the nose. The flavors on the palate are mulberry, olallieberry and grapefruit zest, interlaced with paprika, mocha and a silk, dry finish. Pair with peppered steak.
