WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The Zweigelt Mitterjoch is a delight to drink thanks to its velvety tannins. On the nose, the bright and fruity aroma of sour cherry is captivating. It is a charming, well-rounded, and easy-drinking wine.
The ideal serving temperature is 16-18°C. Its juicy structure makes this wine a particularly good match for robust dishes such as gazpacho andaluz or braised lamb shank with herbs and garlic. It also pairs well with game and beef, beets, pasta, and rice dishes.
