Deep ruby red color. Intense aromas of mocha and pepper, and fresh notes of red fruits like plums, blueberries, and raspberries. On the palate, elegant and silky, with a full body and harmonious tannins. Pair this wine with aged cheeses, game, and red meat.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
TASTING NOTES:
A rich, spice-laced wine with ripe dark berries, chocolate, cedar and hints of tar on the nose. The palate is firm and highly extracted, with chalky tannins and a chewy and lightly austere finish. The aftertaste lingers, with hints of bitter spices and walnuts. Cabernet sauvignon. Drink or hold.
