WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Valpolicella Ripasso di Santa Sofia is a red wine from the Veneto region that matures on the skins of Amarone and Recioto grapes for approximately three days. The nose offers aromas of black cherry in brandy, dried plum, dried flowers, sweet spices, and licorice. Well-concentrated and full-bodied, it displays structure, warmth, and character, enveloped in a persistent freshness and chiseled tannins.
