WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Spices and dried flowers on the nose; smooth and mouthfilling, with sweet tannins. Great structure. Pairs well with game, braised veal, stewed meat, grilled fillet and meat, mature cheese.
Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo.
TASTING NOTES:
Sour cherry, orange rind, dried flower and walnut aromas to this full-bodied Barolo. The tannins are firm yet ripe and nicely integrated already. Drink or hold.
