WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Bright ruby with a purple rim. The nose shows fresh red cherry, strawberry, and a light floral note typical of Gamay. On the palate, juicy red fruit leads through a light to medium body, with soft tannins, lively acidity, and a clean, refreshing finish.
Pairs well with sourdough pizza margherita, charcuterie board, grilled chicken, caprese salad, tuna tartare, Korean japchae, roasted mushrooms, burrata, pissaladière.
