WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Deep ruby with purple highlights. The nose offers ripe plum, cranberry, tobacco leaf, and hints of vanilla spice from neutral oak aging. On the palate, fresh dark fruit meets soft, lush tannins and balanced acidity. The finish is smooth and medium-length with lingering plum and subtle baking spice notes.
Pairs well with grilled lamb chops, beef bourguignon, roasted duck, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar, pork tenderloin, eggplant parmesan, braised short ribs.
