WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Our flagship wine, Loto. is composed following the tradition of the great French cuvées: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. No more than four clusters are selected from each vine to guarantee the maximum yield of each plant. Responsibility for the care, harvesting and hand-picking of the grapes lies exclusively with our internal Estate team experts.
TASTING NOTES:
Clear, deep dark ruby. Opens with emphatic earthy notes, of truffle, then blackberry and cherry, some dried orange peel. On the palate there is a rich drive, lots of ripe blackberry and cherry fruit, opens with grippy tannin, juicy and with good length.
