WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The wine’s palate features flavors of blackberry and blueberry, complemented by spicy tannins that lend a velvety structure, while the finish is generous with spicy aromas, making it an excellent pairing for grilled meats, game, various cheeses, and other robust dishes.
TASTING NOTES:
This is rich and expressive, featuring cherry, raspberry, floral, earth and light spice flavors. All of its elements are in harmony, making this red enjoyable now through the long, refreshing finish. Drink now through 2037.
