WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Réflexions R.021 displays a fresh color with light yellow hues and a golden touch. Its nose is very clear, dominated by citrus fruits such as lime and mandarin, complemented by elegant floral notes and more mature hints of brioche and fresh hazelnut. On the palate, the wine opens with great purity and freshness, featuring a delicate salty sensation, followed by the structure of Pinot Noir and the soft roundness typical of Meunier, culminating in a long, deep finish with beautiful aromatic maturity.
TASTING NOTES:
Restrained and citrusy with lemon peel and stone fruit. Slightly toasty with a leafy touch. Quite frothy bubbles with light body, a substantial palate and a crisp finish, precise and youthful.

Firm acidity is enmeshed in the fine, creamy mousse and flavors of Honey crisp apple, white cherry, pink grapefruit pith, green almond and mineral, which expand nicely through the focused finish. Sip and enjoy, but this would also pair well with food (think grilled seafood). Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.
