DISTILLER'S NOTES:
On the nose are sophisticated notes of sweet polished oak, vanilla bean and rich dried fruits. The palate features a smooth and welcoming introduction of creamy vanilla and caramel. Hints of cocoa power coated champagne truffles, coffee, dried fruits, along with berries and apricots. Subltes spices follow creating a complex profile. A long and refind finish with a lingering warmth.
Distilled in 2007. Aged 18 years. Matured in red wine casks and sherry seasons oak casks.
