The nose is dominated by white flowers with hints of lychee, followed by sage, green tomato and a touch of bay leaf and spring flowers. Complex in fragrance, but never overdoing it. In the mouth it is very fresh, with considerable volume in the center of the mouth. The juiciness of the fruit emerges in the finish, balanced by a mineral touch.
