WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
It has a straw yellow color with soft and bright greenish reflections. Elegant and subtle, it is characterized by a bouquet that expresses delicate floral scents, aromas of white-fleshed fruit, and light nuances of tropical fruit. The sip is lively and fragrant, with a finish of great expressive freshness.
TASTING NOTES:
More savory than sweet, the 2022 Passerina 12.l lifts up with a pungent blend of wildflowers and musky dried peaches. This is zesty yet pleasantly sweet with a tinge of sour lime that complements green apple fruit. The 12.I tapers off with a mineral flourish and squeaky clean, leaving the palate thirsting for more. The 2022 comes from forty-two-year-old, pergola-trained Passerina vines.
