This wine offers notes of lemongrass, citrus blossom, jasmine, and hints of sourdough bread. Those flavors carry onto a lively and well-balanced palate that offers wonderful transparency, purity and length. This white wine is vibrant and precise, with aromas of citrus, chamomile and pear. Mid-palate roundness is followed by bright acidity and a lengthy finish.
TASTING NOTES:
The 2022 Chardonnay Estate Cuvée was matured for 14 months in French oak puncheons and barriques. The nose is scented of white peach, quince, spring honey, hazelnut and well-integrated oak spice. The medium-bodied palate is tense and shimmery with nuanced, mineral-laced flavors and linear acidity that compels you to take another sip. It has a silky texture and a long, honey-nut finish, and it should be long lived in the cellar. 256 cases were made.

The 2022 Chardonnay Estate Cuvée is sweetly floral, as a whiff of vanilla custard, white flowers and raw almond gives way to vivid nectarine. Wonderfully pure in style, it sweeps across the palate with silken textures and polished ripe pit fruit, all supported by brisk acidity. A gentle mineral tinge and nuance of tart lime linger, tapering off with excellent length and clarity.
