This wine reveals a discreet nose, but on the palate, it unveils a strong character with an explosion right from the entry. The attack is rich, with subtle hints of lightly exotic white fruits, evolving into a burst of richness and an intense finish. Its character and finesse are well matched, creating a refined wine. The finish is marked by notes of kumquat citrus, with an acidity reminiscent of orange. Paired perfectly with a roasted chicken or turkey as well as with curries and spicy dishes with strongly flavored sauces.
