WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Red wine from young vineyards in contrada Calderara Sottana. Origin from a rigorous “massale” (ancient vineyards) selection of the vines. A big number ungrafted. Fruit & floreal, light spicy. Beautiful served into the ice.
TASTING NOTES:
Aromas: Citrus, tropical fruit (like yellow melon), yellow flowers, mineral hints.
Palate: Fresh, expressive, pleasantly fruity, with a savory finish.
Body/Acidity: Clean, lively, with good acidity.
Production: Hand-harvested, soft-pressed, fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness.
