WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Pale straw with green highlights. Powerful gooseberry, white currant, red capsicum, passionfruit and lime peel aromas. Medium-bodied, with strong flavours of makrut lime, passionfruit, lemongrass and a refreshingly smooth, dry and persistent finish.
TASTING NOTES:
Juicy and appealing, with a mix of pear, citrus and melon flavors, plus green tea, white pepper and freshly clipped herbal hints. The flavors really take off on the finish, where notes of passion fruit, pineapple and lemon blossoms emerge.

Juicy and fruit-driven, this tropical sauvignon blanc has notes of pineapple and fresh herbs. Medium-bodied with zesty acidity and lots of lemon character. Succulent.

The 2025 Sauvignon Blanc is leafy and herbal, with green apple and pineapple in abundance. While this is not hugely complex, it is, as usual, enormously pleasurable, and all wines from this producer come recommended. Astrolabe is a member of the Appellation Marlborough Wine Group (AMW).
