WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Deep red ruby colour. The nose is very pleasant as it opens with a fragrance of violets and red fruit aromas such as blackberry and continue with some spicy notes nicely blended with cherry flavours and vanilla shades. The wine has good structure, very well balanced, tannic yet enveloping. Very persistent.
Food pairing: Pasta with meat ragout, roasted white and red meats, mushrooms, cold meats and cheeses.
