WINEMAKER NOTES:
The kids are finally asleep is made from certified organic grapes grown in the Riverland region of Australia, within the confines of the larger South Australia wine region. We are not relying on typical tasting notes for our wines—the only notes that matter are your own. This 2020 Chardonnay is bright and fun, and you can drink it any time, but it might taste better once the little ones are put to bed. The grapes are picked early, so the acid is higher and the alcohol is in check at 13%, creating a truly thirst quenching version of Chardonnay. The fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks with a certified organic yeast and the wines are bottled soon after, so we can get them across the water and into the hands of someone who cares about When & Where to enjoy.
