WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
A traditional assembly of the three Champagne grapes.Thirty percent of the blend comes from reserved wine from previous years allowing us to obtain a consistent style and bouquet, and to maintain the highest quality. It spends at least 2 years maturing in our cellars. This wine has finesse and elegance, is supple and well-balanced. It is a generous champagne with a rich nose and integrated flavors.
Blend: 30% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 35 % Pinot Meunier
TASTING NOTES:
Tightly meshed and vibrant, with juicy acidity backing hints of pineapple and papaya, showing flavors of chalk, biscuit, plum and fresh ginger. A note of zesty spice graces the fresh, mineral-tinged finish.
