WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Perfumes of stewed black and red fruits enhanced by spice hints, coated by very long and elegant tannins.
TASTING NOTES:
Exquisite aromas of violet, anise and walnuts robed in mulberry fruit, with a phenomenal balance of creamy oak, ripe tannins and juicy acidity. Long and focussed.

Named after the 16th-century proprietor of the estate, this wine is structured, powered by tannins and dark berry fruits. Spice from wood aging still shows strongly, but fruitiness drives the wine forward. Drink from 2025.
