WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
A classic, dry Sancerre, full of character and flavor. With its bright citrus and mineral notes, this wine pairs perfectly with seafood and light summer dishes. Romain Reverdy and his family have been farming in the village of Verdigny for generations. "Florilege" translates into "the act of gathering flowers"; today's wine is named after the blossoms surrounding Reverdy's vineyards. The ancient, well-drained Silex and Kimmeridgian soils, comprised of sandstone, limestone, and clay, bring forth compelling wines that are among the highest quality in the world.
