The 2024 Dila-o Saperavi is a traditional Georgian red wine from the Kakheti region, made by Orgo Winery (Teleda), using the indigenous Saperavi grape fermented in qvevri (clay amphorae), resulting in an inky, full-bodied wine with dark fruit, spice, earthy notes, soft tannins, and a fresh finish, showcasing ancient low-intervention techniques for a vibrant, food-friendly experience.
