The 2023 Saint-Hilaire Blanquette de Limoux Brut is a traditional French sparkling wine from Languedoc-Roussillon, made primarily with Mauzac grapes (plus some Chenin Blanc & Chardonnay), known for its creamy, crisp texture, citrus/apple notes, and toasty hints from secondary fermentation in the bottle (traditional method), offering great value as an alternative to Champagne, typically around 12-12.5% ABV.
