WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The Verdigny cuvée village reveals the complexity of the Caillottes terroirs thanks to its roundness, and its ripe aromatic intensity, a palate full of candied citrus supported by a luscious textured minerality. The Chaudouillonne is a great match for your homemade appetizers as well as all your most subtle dishes. The generous style and elegance of this cuvée is a real treat.
TASTING NOTES:
This is a beautiful Sancerre. Freshly-sliced Forelle pear, quince and a whiff of petrol open on the nose along with dried white flower blossom and lemon citrus. Refreshing, chalk-dusted acidity chimes in on the palate and bolsters the wine's mineral character.

A fresh, juicy and charming Sancerre with aromas of dried pears, warm herbs and some raw almonds. It’s medium-bodied with moderate acidity. Well rounded and creamy, yet it remains refreshing with a delicious finish. Drink now.
