DISTILLER'S NOTES:
Rich aromas of vanilla pod, freshly cut wood, sun-dried hay, and ripe cantaloupe lead into a palate layered with brown sugar, warm cinnamon, and subtle notes of cooked apple. The finish is long and satisfying, fading with lingering warmth, gentle clove spice, and a touch of fresh-cut sawdust.
