WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
This wine is bright, silky, and evolves as it lingers on the palate. Concentrated flavors of plum, dried cherry, blackberry fruit leather, and black tea are complemented by rich, silky tannins and integrated acidity. On the finish, notes of cedar, cacao, nutmeg, and licorice add subtle layers of complexity that lift and provide an elegant structure to the blend while offering a distinctly intense aroma to the nose. 14.5% ABV
TASTING NOTES:
Harmonious, well-balanced, exciting in aroma and rich in flavor, this wine seems to have it all. An enticing nose of winter spices, pine, cedar and black currants give way to layers of black cherries, subtle oak char, black pepper and mint on the palate. Fine-grained tannins set it up for further aging. Best from 2026–2036
