TASTING NOTES:
Here's an outstanding Napa Valley Cab that if we told you where the juice was sourced we'd have to charge twice the price. The tannins are supple and round and the fruit is explosive. This Cab has an opaque, glass-staining purple color and shows aromas of sweet fruits, black cherry, blackberries, liquorice and graphite. The mouthfeel however is soft with silky tannins. More cherry and dark berry notes mingle with minerals and toasty oak. The finish is long and satisfying. The density and concentration suggests a long age-ability, continuing to deliver rich, complex flavors for many years to come. Sadly it's limited but right now the price is right so grab it while you can.
