WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Black cherry with purple violet hues. Clean, fragrant with a bouquet of spices, violets and blueberries. Smooth texture, with savory red fruits, soft with a round tannins, well-balanced acidity and a pure finish.
TASTING NOTES:
This organic wine is a swirl of pink rose petal, raspberry blossom, red plum and crushed pomegranate in a glass. Velvety tannins open on the attack and gently caress soft black fruit on the nose that glides into forest floor and dried cranberry that swims in a lake of white flower blossom. Drink now with pasta dishes, appetizer courses and anything grilled.
