TASTING NOTES:
There’s breadth to this white, along with intensity and flavors of peach, pineapple, mango, butterscotch and oyster shell brininess. This is driven by lively acidity and lingers beautifully on the spice-infused aftertaste. Offers terrific balance and length. Best from 2027 through 2036.

The 2023 Puligny-Montrachet Les Folatières 1er Cru has a more complex bouquet than the Clavoillon with hints of lemon thyme and wild peach, quite mineral-driven and expressive. The palate is taut and fresh with impressive weight and energy, lightly spiced with an almost steely finish. This is very refined and should age beautifully in bottle.
