WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The fruit character on the nose of V1 is bright, youthful, concentrated and of complex. On the palate, the tenacity of the flavors indicate that the wine is ready to drink. Currently the palette boasts layers of dark cherries, cola, spice and caco but expect other flavors to emerge with time -- tobacco, leather, dark chocolate and mocha to name a few.
