WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Full bodied, rich and classy. A rich and complex palate with red berried fruit coupled with a dark chocolate note. A power of silken tannins carry on in step with the depth of blackberry and spicy fruit.
TASTING NOTES:
The 2021 Shiraz Barossa spent 24 months in older French and American oak and delivers generously proportioned aromas of crushed chocolate, tar and blackberry with strong cedary oak tones. Fleshy with a subtle acid bite from the vintage, this is a handsome and approachable Barossa wine best enjoyed young.
