Bellissima Prosecco DOC Brut is made with 100% organic Glera grapes and produced with the Italian Sparkling Winemaking technique: a natural secondary fermentation using the "Martinotti-Charmat" method. Our Prosecco DOC Brut has a fine and persistent perlage. It shines with delicate aromas of green apple and light flavors of bread crust.
