Ercole (Say "Air-Koh-Lay") means "Hercules" in Italian and is an ode to the mighty growers from a cooperative in Monferrato, Piemonte who harvest the grapes for these wines. This Rosato/Rosé is composed of 65% Barbera and 35% Dolcetto and it's a strawberry, racy, herbal delight. Fresh and fruity, in a lovely 1 liter package. Summertime is year round when you're drinking this one.
