WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Pale lemon in color, this Sauvignon Blanc speaks of the complex soils found at our Te Muna vineyard. The elegant aromas of white peach, lemon, blossoms, fresh-cut herbs, and passionfruit follow through to the palate, which is met with crisp acidity. The wine is harmonized by the stoney minerality, subtle salinity, and chalky texture that the old river stones of our vineyards provide.
TASTING NOTES:
Fresh and precise, with lime, mango and passion fruit notes that are accented by crunchy sea salt, litsea oil, dried chamomile and fresh lemon zest on a mouthwatering, fleshy flame.

On the riper end of the Sauvignon spectrum, there’s a heady combo of orange peel, pineapple, kiwi and flower blossom aromas that flow to a refreshing palate. It’s delicate and crisp with a little creaminess to the texture and a fruity tang to the long finish.
