WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
A quality California Pinot for the money that's surprisingly complex. A savory black cherry fruit core with lightly peppery tannin.
TASTING NOTES:
These wines are always cool climate expressions of low intervention wines at their best. Bright, with aromas of denser, darker fruits on the nose: strawberry, raspberry, savory herbs and minimal oak allow the true nature of the site and the region to shine through. The aromatics are generous, the flavors on the palate are structured yet full, lifted cranberry, pomegranate, orange zest with a creaminess mid palate and a juicy dry finish. Pair with Grilled Arctic Char, Parsnip, Leek Puree.
