WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc has an intensely tropical and aromatic nose, with notes of passionfruit, grapefruit, and fig leaf. Pale straw in color, it offers a juicy and refreshing palate with perfectly balanced acidity. A hint of minerality and texture builds towards an elegant finish. The oak is very subtle, affecting the texture more than the aromatics, creating a very fresh and elevated style of Sauvignon Blanc.
Blend: 98% Sauvignon Blanc, 2% Semillon
TASTING NOTES:
A tight, lively but full-bodied wine with white pepper and herb aromas. Grapefruit, green apple, apricot and crisp citrus flavors blend on the palate, backed by good acidity for a refreshing texture.
