WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
An Old World cuvée that unifies international and regional varieties into a delicious everyday blend. Enjoy casually over pizza and pasta or dress it up for a special evening with stemware and tablecloths. We selected our fruit from a handful of vineyards across Paso Robles, sprawling from the chalky western hillsides to the sandy river bottoms in the east.
Tastes like muddled red raspberry, a hint of rust, the essence of menthol, fancy yet casual. Pairs well with lamb ragu, pork porterhouses, 19th hole cigars.
