Prosecco aka Glera from the Peters Creek Vineyard in McLaren Vale, SA. Cold soaked for two days to build texture, a slow natural ferment with a late juice addition of old-vine Muscat. No added SO2.
A peachy-pear fizz with plenty of sunshine inside.
