WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The Yalumba estate has been family-owned and operated for six generations, since its inception in 1849 when the family first set down vines in Australia’s Barossa Valley. This entry-level Shiraz is as decadent as can be, or, as Yalumba says themselves: “a glorious mouthful of South Australia.” It's full-bodied and rich with ripe notes of black fruit, chocolate-covered cherries, fruitcake, and sweet baking spices.
