WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The wine opens with inviting aromas of pear, honey and pineapple. On the palate, the wine is round and creamy with notes of oak beautifully integrated with the fruit flavors, all of which are complemented by a hint of vanilla and carry through the long and lingering finish.
TASTING NOTES:
Racy and bright, this is a uniquely nervy Chardonnay built for fresh seafood as much as rich risottos. White grapefruit pith, white peach, and a sprinkle of sea salt complete the wine.
