The 2022 Ferrari-Carano Cabernet Sauvignon from Sonoma County is a full-bodied red wine with a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes. It has an alcohol content of around 14.8% and presents aromas of dried cherry, blackberry, and sage, with flavors of plum jam, coffee, and a hint of leather on the palate. The wine is best paired with roasted or barbecued red meats like lamb and beef, or game meats and pork.
