WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Ripe fruits such as honeydew, peaches, mango, and white flowers. Upon first taste, the wine is tartly citrus-forward with immediate flavors of lemon and lime, along with a creamy texture from the lees, and a finalizing flavor of white guava.
TASTING NOTES:
The nose on this bottling is very brisk and tightly woven, offering aromas of lime-soaked gravel, Asian pear and white blossoms. The palate is zippy with acidity and chalky in texture, with honeydew and slightly riper pear flavors.
