WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The Prisoner Wine Company is proud to welcome Domaine Curry to the family. Domaine Curry is a super luxury wine brand co-founded by Ayesha Curry and Sydel Curry Lee. Launched in 2015, the small production wines have received high acclaim.
Grapes were hand-picked into half-ton bins and brought to the winery. e ruit was then gently destemmed and delivered into the top of the fermenter. A er a short cold soak, grapes were inoculated with yeast. Once fermentation was complete, they were pressed o s kins into another tank, then racked o heavy solids into a mixture of new and neutral 100% French oak.
TASTING NOTES:
A brilliant, full red blend with a Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon base; the other varieties were layered in to add depth and elegance. This wine is meant to showcase the beauty of varietal inclusivity and the power of creating beyond bounds. Tannins are subtle while also exhibiting their presence in fullness and texture. Notes of red and black fruit are followed by baking spice, vanilla, and toast.
