TASTING NOTES:
Dark purple/red in hue, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Rockaway Single Vineyard comes from 225-700 feet elevation and is more reserved on opening, with notes of gravelly earth, black plum, forest floor, and dried lavender. Full-bodied and ripe, it fills the palate with good lift, a plush feel, well-defined tannins, and a clean finish.
