Ardbeg Smokiverse Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a limited-edition release crafted for Ardbeg Day 2025, celebrating 25 years of the Ardbeg Committee. Produced at the renowned Ardbeg Distillery on Islay, Scotland, this non-age-stated single malt introduces a pioneering high-gravity mashing technique. By reducing water in the mash tun, the process creates a concentrated wort rich in flavor-active esters, amplifying fruity and sweet notes. Matured in ex-bourbon barrels, this non-chill filtered whisky is bottled at 48.3% ABV (96.6 proof), delivering a bold yet balanced expression of Ardbeg’s signature peated character.
