Secondary fermentation and cellar aging takes place in French oak, where tannins soften and a round mouthfeel develops. Red and blue fruits of fresh plum, raspberry, mulberry, vanilla, cocoa, lavender and spice layer together with lush, full tannins bringing richness and structure to the finish.
