WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The combination of clones created a wine with striking aromatics of fresh white peach, white flower, crisp green apple and ocean air. On the palate, the wine exhibits both textural richness and vibrant acidity, with flavors of crisp Asian pear and lemongrass with hints of white grapefruit and passion fruit, balanced by refreshing minerality. The finish is vibrant and seamless.
TASTING NOTES:
Aged in a combination of stainless steel and wood, the 2021 Sauvignon Blanc Mary's Single Vineyard shows hints of pencil shavings on the nose, but the emphasis is on the fruit—lemon and lime, with hints of pea tendrils and riper notes of fig and melon. It's medium-bodied, zesty and fresh, with a lingering, grapefruity finish. Best after 2022
