An orange wine, this was produced from a blend of three-quarters Riesling and one-quarter split between Vermentino and Viognier, all fermented on the skins. Scents of orange blossoms abound, and the flavors are exceptionally fresh and clean. The sharp acids emphasize flavors of citrus flesh and rind, and there are noticeable tannins, firming up the finish. Drink now and into 2022.
