WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The nose is sustained and asserted on lemony aromas accompanied by blackcurrant bud notes. The first sensations in the palate reveal a subtle and rich aromatic array, with a refined and silky ‘lemon-sorbet’ texture. Its sharp lemon-lime fruit is fully revealed with delicate seafood, it will be ideal for your refined shellfish: oysters, lobsters, crayfish, crabs.
TASTING NOTES:
Green apples, lime curd, nettles and white flowers on the nose. It’s medium-bodied with bright acidity and creamy layers of citrus and tropical fruit. Good concentration. Drink now.

The white fruit in this young, herbal wine promises ripeness and dense texture as it matures. The intense texture needs to soften, but waiting until 2022 will be worth it.
